| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: birmingham Posts: 47 Rep Power: ![]() | i would like to know if there is any gear that will help increase strength without increasing body weight? i know var does this but was wondering if there is anything better as var is very mild. what kind of cycle would a powerlifter or another strength athlete run? can you gain alot of stength without gaining too much bodyweight or do the two go hand in hand? thanks for any advice. |

If you are on a good tight diet you can cutt down on the water bloat by about %80 . But your diet must be tight. The A-50 like steve said will give you big time strength gain. when i was take them i gain about 20lbs in about 4 week i dont think thats what you are looking for. |
