Hi All,

Being reading some of the past post and I have noticed DBol/Anabol are mentioed quite alot for beginners.

I have been training for a while now but was thinking when I get another 6 months experience under my belt trying something like these add abit of bulk. Just wondering

Do these cause alot of water retention and are the gains solid and permanent?

Also are these best stacked with something like winni?

Oral only cycles are just not effective. You won't put on near the weight that you would like to and once you come off, chances are, so will the gains that you actually did put on. Yes you will retain water, way more than you would on an injectable. And no, don't stack 2 methylated substances together for a cycle unless you wanna turn yellow.

Thanks for that GettinSwole I'll bare it in mind when the time comes.

Just I'd heard so much about them I thought Id ask if there as good as people say.

Guess I'll have to maybe look more to the injectable side and do some more research. lol

Swole is absolutely right. If you want sustainable gains you should really add some injectable test to your cycle. A dbol only cycle won't give you much long term.

hi leeds, ive just finished a course of d-bol only and i stopped takin them 7 days ago, gettin swole is rite as from all the reading up ive done, the main reason i took dbol only is cause i had a tricep injury and i thought id try them out for that reason only, alls i can say is theyve pretty much fixed my tricep in 8 weeks and the physio couldnt do that in 4 years!, made sum really good gains but i think most of it was water, i put on 10 pounds whilst on them(mainly water) and after 7 days ive lost 8 pounds so far but to look in the mirror i would say ive made sum good gains, although im expecting them gains to go lol, from wat ive read, they dont last to long, just thought u might want to hear sum 1st hand experience and ill keep u posted to how i get on. i personally would listen to gettin swole and the mods on this one as im not very experienced, good luck in wat u decide, cheers, kev ps LEEDS UTD RULE!!!!!!!!!

Yeah Kev let us know, but no your right I will listen to the people that know what they are talking about instead of wasting my money and time more importantly.

Leeds utd do rule your right but I am more of a Rhinos fan myself, prefer Rugby.

But please keep us updated.

:? I'm getting confused now Kev, if you were training naturaly you would gain weight over that time anyway. How can you lose ALL your gains through a course? What is the difference in your bf from before and after?

hi stumpy, i said i would probly lose all my gains cause thats wat ive read, everyone says that dbol only cycles are crap and u lose most of your gains but wat im saying is so far ive lost alot of bodyfat and non of my gains so the weight ive lost is water and bodyfat. Hope that explains it buddy, sorry for my shite explanation lol kev
