| Making Progress | hi leeds, i assume this is your first course so you dont need big doses i got my gains on 6 5mg tabs a day so i'd say that was a good dose to use. as for the gains, well gains made from any steroid will be lost over time dbol does taper off quicker. hope u find this helpful buddy. kev |

| Under Construction | Not started it yet Kev, Just gethering as much info as possible before I even attempt it. Think I have alot more to learn about my diet before I take the steroid step.
