Default beginner question

Hi,

I am 20 years old 6 feet tall and weigh only 142 pounds. I have always been like this, I can neither gain weight nor loose it. I have tried working out, weight gainers and creatine but it dosent work for me. I just want to gain 10 pounds. I really dont want to be huge just a little more muscular. I really dont want to be a body builder, just shock my body into gain a few pounds.

I was wondering if there is any supplement that i could take that will help me achieve that gain. I want to do one cycle and then walk away forever. I really apprecaite any help you guys can give me on this.

How many calories a day have you been eating and what are these calories made up from, protein/carbs and fats wise and also what food stuffs.

Also what was your training routine. I had someone say the very same thing to me not so long back and he's gained 6lbs already in 3 weeks.

No supplement is going to magic pounds of muscle onto you, give us some more info and I am sure we can get you there mate

you dont do a cycle then walk away ,it doesnt happen,once you start its hard to stop ive said that too and probably everyone on here.
you need to eat lots of meals a day even when your not hungry to put weight on ,yes post what you would eat in a day etc.

please post what your current diet looks like on a daily basis.

the biggest mistakes with begginners is they dont have enough calories.

to gain what you are after can be done with just food.

Diet is the key to weight gain - I suspect you have a very fast metabolism and aren't eating enough.

I will now name the only suppliment that willl make you gain ......FOOD!
Please post you diet as i am sure this is the only factor limiting your growth.
