We all find it handy to come across good recipes, so here is your chance to help out, and a place to come find them. If you know of good recipes, post them here, even if it is heresay, just be sure to say whether you actually made it yourself, or where you read it at so we can make some kind of judgement about the info.

Basically what I want to see is what levels of concentrations have been achieved for each ester, what it took (BA/BB/oil percentages), and how the injections felt. Here is the deal, and it is so simple: fill out this questionaire by replying to this post, then edit it -- the whole thing should take you under half a minute. I will summarize a 'best of' in the second post.

If you have done multi-hormone batches, it would be especially helpful to tell us how those went for you, e.g. prop/tren/eq-base @ ___mg/ml pain was no big deal at __% BA and __%BA.
