I'm currently experimenting with ZMA and tribulus, i've been on Gen's ZMA for about two weeks now and have noticed slight increases in muscle mass and elevated levels of energy in the gym. Once I have finished the bottle I'll let you know if there has been any movement on the scales.
What I can't understand with the steroids and prohormones; people say you keep the gains, but I see people once they haven't cycled for a while and they look deflated. I attended a seminar by Dorian Yates recently and he looks half the size, his muscular state looked easily attainable without the use of gear. In fact I know people who have trained for a similar duration without as much committment and dedication and are a similar size. |
you really need to eat at least 5 meals a day ideally every 2-3 hours. protien shakes and powdered complex carbs will help if you cant fix up meals at work. If your not gaining then you need to increase your calories gradually until the scales start to move.
when you eat 5 times a day your metabolism will increase so you will need to add extra cals on top of what you require for 3 meals a day.
If you follow up cycles with a decent PCT you shouldn't lose to much of your gains (apart from the water weight). The reason the pros lose mass when they come off is because their on pretty much all year round. Their mass is greater than what their bodies can naturally maintain without superphysiological doses of hormones.
