| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: northwest Posts: 7 Rep Power: ![]() | hi all been going to the gym for a while now and im thinking of starting dianabol to beef up abit. is it ok to have it on its own or is it best with test aswell? and as soon as i stop taking them will i go back to my normal size? cheers soz for being thick but everyone as to start somewhere LOL. |

Age, training experience, diet etc. You can do a dbol only cycle but you will lose alot of the gains, it's much better to stack it with an injectable or 2. The classic cycle is 500 test per week, 400 deca per week and 40mb dbol per day. |

| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: northwest Posts: 7 Rep Power: ![]() | cheers for the reply mate im 23 weight 12 and half stone 5.9 tall go gym 4 times a week mon/tues thurs/fri do about a hour on cardio then half 45 mins on weights also do weights at home after work i have about 2 meals a day chicken/steak pasta etc been goin gym for about a year made good progress but now i dont seem to be getting any bigger ![]() |

Get 6 decent meals in a day with high pretein and moderate carbs/fats. 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight daily 2-3 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight daily keep the fats at a moderate level but high in olive/flax oil or nuts. Dianabol needs a high protein/calorie diet to work properly, I would say get your diet in check and you will start to gain quite well before starting a course ______________________ 50% of bodybuilding is nutrition 50% of body building is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above |

| Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: north east Posts: 255 Rep Power: ![]() | the dbol would work well on there own at about 50mg/day but unless you start a second course pretty quick alot of your gains will be lost. the course daz suggested is a tad heavy for a first course go with 500mg test cyp or enan and 6 dbol a day thats more than enough for your first go. and seriously up your food intake as jason suggested ______________________ If its not nailed down EAT it. |
