| Making Progress | It is doubtful. You will gain a shitload of water. Protein is shit cheap. Eat loads of oats milk eggs and tuna. You can easily get 300g protain and 4000cals + a day for ~15 a week! If u can afford Dbol, you can afford food. BTW, Dbol solo is a shit cycle! |

Kev probably about 98% of your body weight if fat (LOL) which gives you a lean body weight of just 6 lbs if you work off that your protein requirements will be much lower (sorry bro couldn't resist that one you know i luv ye really) You weigh 260 you said but you do have a fair bit of fat you need to loose so say you have a muscular body weight of 15 stone work your protein and carb requirements out based on that that should cut the cost. Meathead why send him to another site if your the one thats going to answer the question you could do that hear just as easy. I'd like to see the maths and the products you use to get 300 gms protein a day and 4000 good calories a day for 15 a week cause i dont think it can be done, i'll be happy to be proved wrong though it could save me money. ______________________ If its not nailed down EAT it. |

Go to Tesco's and get their Value Brand. Only problem though is that your wife will probably leave because your farts will be truely awful. I used to be able to clear a room in seconds!! ![]() |
