| Making Progress | hi ppl, im 25 now, i used to train when i was younger but stopped due to lack of progress, im wanting to try steroids but dont know were to start??, im a big guy, quite fat but muscle aswell, i weigh 20 stone. just basically want to know wats the best steroid to start off with and were to get it, and how many to take???, im also epileptic and i dont know if steroids effect that or not....any help??? cheers guys! |

| The best thing to do bro is do a shit load of ure own research first for a few months bcoz taking steroids isnt as simple as just taking tablets - getting big as im sure u know. First do around six months training first to get u into that side of thinks u need ure routine and diet solidly in place b4 u start this. Id say more but im sure others will. | Making Progress | cheers mate, i appreciate the advice, dont worry i will do loads of research 1st!, i would be interested in just tablets, im not sure about injecting stuff, any ideas of the best tablet form steroids to take? not sure if they are any were near as good as the injecting ones. cheers mate. kev. |

The only problem with tabs are they are quite heavy on the liver and you rarely keep the gains you make. I would recommend that you start with pro-hormones like many of the boys on here use. Many will be able to help you with these and are probably best to start before taking gear. You use pro-hormones dont you tom84 and have had good experience with them. | Yep guess im a good example really. I have 5 years training 2 very intense years under my belt and im currently doing my first cycle right now which is going great so far. Its a good example bcoz u definately wanna be ready i think b4 u try anything like this otherwise i dont think the benefits outweigh the risks. True the risks do become pretty minimal once u have gained the right knowledge but it takes a while. Definately agree with J on this 1 thou if ure intent on kickin off ure return this way then ph/ps are probably the way to go. As 4 help Gettinswole, Godfather, Meathead (id definately be buyin u guys a buy if i ever meet u) and many others are all very knowledgeable on this and have all helped me loads and i guess i know quite a bit now aswel. As 4 stuff to consider wel the ph ban kicks in very soon so u need to act fast althou there will be places u can get this stuff from after the ban im sure. U might wanna look at 1AD, 4AD, M1T, S1+, Superdrol and see what u think. You need a good routine in place that is producing results it takes time to fine tune a routine to produce good consistent gains use the routine i posted in the training forum as a solid base to build from then its a matter of trial and error to find how often you should train and how many sets and what rep range works for you. I train each bodypart once every 6 days with 4-6 sets over 2 exercises in the 4 to 9 rep range but we are all different. You must also consume 1.5-2 grams of protein and 2 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight though as a large percentage of your body weight is fat you could probably use less calculate it based on weighing 17-18 stone and while not eliminateing fat keep it to a minimum. As for steroids a good safe begginers stack would be decca at 200mg/week and dianabol 5 tabs a day though I do recommend you get as far as you can naturally before using steroids as this will help with over all size in the long run I've never known anyone who used steroids from the start get as big as a guy who pushed himself naturally first you just get a better quality of muscle. ______________________ If its not nailed down EAT it. |

| Making Progress | nice one guys, i really appreciate all the help. I will deffinatly take it all in. i trained about 5 years ago and i said i didnt get great results but i suppose i did as im a big guy, i still ave alot of that muscle but im a pretty fat gut on top of it!! lol. is this not a goods enough amount of muscle to have as a base to start steroids?? i have been training on and off now aswell for a couple of months too, i just cant do the bloody deit! i aint workin at mo and find it difficult to afford shit loads of chicken etc, any ideas wat i could eat on the cheap??? the only thing i can think of is a good few tins of tuna a day! lol, cheers guys, any help would be great.. thanx. kev |

| Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: north east Posts: 255 Rep Power: ![]() | Ok Kev heres the cheapest diet you can use to get the protein and carbs you need it dont taste great but its muscle your after not fine cuisine. This is based on a muscular bodyweight of 18 stone. you need 2 litres of milk, 42 medium eggs, 500grams of long grain rice and 1 litre of blackcurrent juice per day. every 2 hours from 9 on a morning until 9 at night mix 200 ml of milk with 6 raw eggs (whites only as you need to loose fat) and drink it this will give you about 50 grams of protein the rice comes in 1 kg bags cook it 1kg at a time it keeps fine in the fridge for upto 3 days. you need to weigh the cooked rice after its drained and divide the weight into 12 as it will make 12 meals it should be about 230-250 gms per meal. Then every 2 hours as with the protein weigh out the rice in a jug add water and liquidise it with a hand blender until its smooth then add some blackcurrent juice to make it drinkable and down the hatch each drink is about 70 grams of carbs. It dont taste great but it will put size on you if you stick to it but it is incredibly boaring try to eat plenty of fruit and take a multivit/mineral tab. You can get the eggs for about 80p for 10 the milks a quid for 2 litres rice is 50p a kg the total for all the food above for 7 days is 30 and thats as cheap as it gets, i think. ______________________ If its not nailed down EAT it. |
