I want to do this because I'm fed up with the megre gains I've made with my training in the past. I'm genetically inclined to be of a lean constitution so I find it hard to make and more importantly keep my gains. The only benefit of my training so far is that I've managed to get together a good workout routine and a good nutritional diet which I know works for me. I'm hoping now that the use of gear will really take my gains to the next level. I'm currently 25, 5'11" and weigh 145lbs with ~10% body fat. I've set my goal for this cycle to get to 170lbs. Not quite sure what sort of gains to expect on this cycle being a hard-gainer so I aimed for something feasible but still would have to work hard for. The cycle I've decided to go for is the Test/dbol cycle. I noticed this cycle has already been discussed on this forum before but I wasn't clear on how the Nolvadex should be used. This is the cycle, as I understand it, should be structured: Weeks 1-10 : Testosterone Enanthate 500mg/week Weeks 1-4: D-bol 30mg/day Weeks 1-15: Nolvadex 20mg/day Weeks 13-15: Clomid Post cycle thearpy. Using an initial steep then steady decrease from 300mg to 50mg per day. 1) Should Nolvadex be used throughout the cycle as shown above? As I understand D/bol aromatizes easily therefore Nolvadex should be used at the same time I'm using the D/bol and for a period of time after. Is this correct? 2) Should I spread the 500mg of Test into 2 shots. 1 at the beginning and midway thru the week or should I just do one shot at the beginning of the week? The stuff that I've seen available on Jupiter Pharm (Testoviron 250)comes in amps that contain only 250mg/amp. If I was taking one shot a week I guess I would just use 2 amps in one go. Is that right or does it come in 250mg amps as its supposed to be taken as 2 separate shots? 3) I'm also prone to the odd spot here and there. Am I therefore likely to develop noticeable acne on a cycle like this? If it does get worse, does it go away once you've finished the cycle? One reason I ask is because I want to be as discrete as possible about using gear. It could mean a lot of s**t if certain people found out, especially at work. Whilst I could probably explain away any gains made I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to put 2 and 2 together if you catch my drift. The other reason being that no one knowingly wants acne! :P 4) I was thinking of getting my gear through Jupiter Pharm. Anyone know what they are like for reliability of gear they've been selling recently and what they are they like for speed of delivery? Also, if I'm buying all the gear for my entire cycle in a bulk order, is it likely that customs will confiscate it? How much do custom's normally reckon is personal use? With regards to my training routine I borrowed this from another website. Training is split into 3 sessions a week allowing for plenty of rest between sessions. Session 1 is for chest, shoulders and triceps, Session 2 for Legs and session 3 for Back and Biceps. Abdominal work is done during each session. From what I've read, the aim of this routine was only train 3 times a week so as not to overtrain thereby giving the muscles plenty of time to recover as they with be going thru a very rapid growth phase whilst using the gear. Although this sounds right in theory, I want to make sure that I'm training enough to build the muscle in the first place whilst giving the gear the chance to give me maximum benefit! All advice welcome Cheers |

I don't care how much juice you take, you're not going to get big. As for answering your questions 1) If you're paranoid and you want to run nolva throughout, do it 10mg every other day 2)That's really up to you... I like to do 2 shots, Mon and Thurs 3)You're going to get acne, no doubt 4)Jupiter is top notch. I've ordered some meds from them and they were at my door in about 9 days. As for your training, why not add in another day or two so that you can concentrate on one muscle group each day. When doing chest, you use your triceps and shoulders... so by the time you're done w/ chest, your shoulders and tris are already tired and are not going to be able to push heavy weights like they need to to grow. ______________________ thricefan@cyber-rights.net You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't. |

| Gettinswole and godfather are very knowledgeable on the gear advice so listen to what they say. No offence man but at 5,11, 145 u dont seem ready to use a gear cycle as ure training and diet cant be that great. Im not having a go its just a fact from your stats and also the fact that the routine u use u say is from a website. Regardless of how good or not the routine is most people who decide to juice have trained for so long or r such experts on training there routine is 1 they have tailored themselves to accomodate there own needs in training and maximise ways of training that work specifically for them. U can notice this from a comment Godfather makes when he talks about push and pull splits. Personally i don't like this way of training its tires me too quickly. My point here is that Godfather is by no means wrong he is exactly right in what he says and this way of training its just that that particular method doesnt work for me personally so i dont use it. I really am not having a go here its just that your first cycle is your most important and u wouldnt want to waste the oppurtunity of some great gains by simple things like obviously not eating enough. This all doesnt mean to say that u cant juice but one thing u do need really in place to maximise ure gains is knowledge about training and diet make sure u have this first before u consider gear. If u still decide that this is the right time to juice then best of luck u seem to have done some research and im sure it will go well for u. Take it easy bro ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
