Default best product to control on cycle estrogen levels?

letro, adex or nolva?

please give the reason for your choice, and what doseage you'd recommend on a light-moderate juice cycle (test/dbol)

Low dose letro(0.25-0.5mg EOD) is good for preventing gyno, and decreasing bloat a lot.

Nolva would only be used to stop gyno IF signs arise @ 60mg 1st day, 40, then down to ~10mg ED/EOD for the remainder of the cycle.

Remember, you dont want all the estrogen from your system gone, just enough so that you dont look like a balloon.

Nolva is a SERM. It blocks the Estrogen(E) sensors from sensing E. Especially in breast tissue. Hence, if you get symptoms use Nolva(Tamoxifen citrate=nolva, but 30mg Tamox citrate=20mg Nolva tab).

Letro(Femara) or Arimidex(anastrozole(I think)) are both aromatose inhibitors. They stop E from forming via 3beta-HSL in the liver.(which converts test --> E)

IOW, Nolva does not decrease estrogen, only blocks the sensors.

Letro/Arimi stop E formation.

Be aware, Letro is superior to Arimi, and can be used longer.

A legal(OTC) route on cycle would be to run transdermal formestane, but this loses effectiveness after a few weeks.

If the pack says 20mg tamoxifen per tab, it has 20mg nolva per tab.

However, if it says 20mg tamixifen citrate per tab, this is only 13.333mg nolva.

cheers tom.
I vote nolva then as its the only one ive used and ive never heard of the other 2 either. I have had the old sore/itchy nipple sindrome recently and the nolva sorted it out pretty quick.

I dont mean to sound an ass, buit why use Nolva if Letro/Arimi are better? Nolva is only better if gyno symptoms start to rear their heads.

letro is the cheapest option by far.
