I'm currently working with a pretty high ranking British amateur (NABBA Mr Britain, Mr Universe top 5) and have just finished working on his pre contest anabolics preperation and thought I'd give the board members a look at an amateur bodybuilders pre contest drug use.

i don't like the t400 though.... lil too much alcohol in there for me, leaves me in pain for 3 days or so

it could easily be replaced by sust, heptalite, enanthate, Apex T350, Apex T300, or even cyp for someone on a restricted budget.

i don't see any Primo in there mate is there a reason for this.....

I have him using equipoise which has similar anabolic properties to primo, and primo is fcuking expensive.

He doesn't want to use growth and tends to hold a little water hence the tapering off of androgens so swiftly.

Did he have low BF at the start of the 8 week cycle extreme or is the using GH just to expencive as I was always in the mindset that GH was a MUST pre comp for that ultra ripped look.
Apart from that looks like a hellava lot a jags in 8 weeks obviously hitting quads calves delts bis tris and anywhere else he can reach.
B T W How did he get on in the comp.?

the contest isn't until march, his bodyfat wont be that low at present and GH is not a pre comp must. I think people now have the mindset if the competition are going to use something then they must too, but in reality who REALLY knows what your rivals are doing?

None of my competition told each other what they were doing, unless it was lies to lead you astray.

He's chosen not to compete in the upcoming events but to leave it until the last Mr Universe qualifier and then the Uni.

He is however on the course now, he started on Monday 21st of feb and he will give it a trial run and do a mild diet so he can see how things will go, this way we have time to shuffle things and make additions/deletions.

I'll keep you posted, I'm also working with 5 girls, all of whom have different courses due to different goals and consideration for side effects, so I will put up this info after the comps and see how they all end up.
