Sh*t, nolva got seized

I recently tried to import some nolva powder, but today I got the package, and the Nolva had been taken. I still got the rest of the stuff.

I have a few questions.

1. Can I get in any legal trouble?

2. What will the punishment be?

3. Will get searched?

4. Will get a seizure letter?

5. What will happen to the Nolva?

6. What shall I do?

I take it you are US based bro? You should have got a customs letter in there as well. At least a leaflet thing telling you not to order this type of thing again.

Nope, I am UK based. I got a friend from the US to send me some.

Right, its perfectly fine for you to import that from outside the EU. No-one would have opened it on this side of the channel. It surely would have been a white powder in some sort of vessel/package.?? Even if it had nolvadex powder written on it it'd come through fine. It would have gone past a sniffer dog ok too.

The only problem I can see is unpaid duty if it wasnt labelled as a gift on the customs form. But you would have got a sticky label on the outside saying that duty may need to be paid and/or it would have been hand delivered or a letter sent instead of the parcel letting you know where to pick it up from and a time best to come and pay the duty.

How well do you know this 'friend' ?? Forgive me if he's a good one and would never rip you off but I smell something fishy here and its not my tuna and pasta.

What did you actually get ok??

Right

1. I dont actually know the guy. I met him on the forums. I have done deals with him like thias before, and it has all come through fine. I dont pay him until I get the stuff.

2. It would have been a white powder labelled tamoxifen citrate

3. It was labelled as nutritional supplements

4. There was no sticky label, and no letter. I searched it thoroughly. It had clearly been ripped open, and placed in a new bag.

5. I got 3g Yohimbine HCL(illegal over here?) and 100g Greet tea powder.

Mmmmm, very strange.

The new bag, was it a post office official looking thing? Or just a new jiffy bag?

Was it posted through your letter box or did you have to sign for it?

Getting the Yohimbine is very strange if they opened it this side of the channel. Is there anything on the envelope to signify which customs opened it?

What you could do is telephone HM Customs and Excise in London and ask them.

It was a red tinted see through bag.

I left a note saying leave it in the shed, and it was.

There is nothing to say which custom opened it.
