| Under Construction Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: UK Posts: 7 Rep Power:  |  DO I NEED CLOMID OR NOLVADEX ON THIS STACK Hi guys just a quick one , should i be taking anti e on this stack 200ml of deca and 100ml of sust 250 mixed in the same syringe every 3 days and 4 naposim every morning. Getting itchy nips but not sure to be anti e during or after cycle. Not getting the pump after the gym either i did the first week but then nothing, should i change routine. day 1 back 3 sets bent over rows 3 sets lat pull downs (front) 3 sets barbell/ cable pullovers chest 3 sets flat bench press 3 sets incline dumbell press 3 sets of dumbell flyes day 2 biceps 3 sets of barbell curls 3 sets hammer/ preacher curls triceps 3 sets decline tricep press 3 sets over head pullovers 3 sets reverse grip press down calves 4 sets standing raises 3 sets seated raises 3 sets donkey raises day 3 cardio day 4 shoulders 3 sets seated dumbell press 3 sets wide gripe upright rows 3 sets side / rear lat raises legs 3 sets squats 3 sets leg press day 5 cardio day 6 off back to day one, used to think this was alright but not so sure now. and dont know if it is a good idea to change yet as am only 3 wks into programme. just want to get the max out of these steroids :shock: |

I was going to order it for the end of cycle but this itch is driving me mad i might have to try it sooner. thanks for your help. |

Then run the nolva @ 10mg EOD thereafter. If itching i would get some ASAP, would take 1 tab daily (20mg) until the end of the course. Symptoms should die down pretty quick. If a lump has developed around the nipple that will also go, but may take a while. It happened to me a couple of yrs back, bloody sore nip. That is why i always take Nolv when i start a course better to be safe than sorry, i normally just take 1/2 tab every other day, has always done the trick. ______________________ Ste T.
