Default What went wrong

I am a newbie to this forum, and i wanted to ask the pros here something???

I am doing the following cycle

Week 1-4 30mg d-bol(tapered from 15mg)
Week 1-8 300mg/deca
Week 4-12 750mg/test (gone from 250 then 500 then 750)
Week 9-12 400mg/primobolan

I am on my 9th week and this is my third cycle
I was wondering why didnt i gain much weight?? I was eating really well, and i was having whey and training good??
What went wrong

I was using test from Iran and organon deca

I gained about 10 pounds but like my arms or even my chest doesnt look bigger than before??

Welcome to the board mac, there's a few things I need to ask how long you been training, was this your first course, who made the dianabol, was the 10lbs gain all muscle, did your strength increase significantly (what did your bench improve by).

I assume the iranian test was enanthate from aburaihan (excuse spelling) I've had this before and it was ok but nothing special.

The mirror is not the best way of judging gains as you see your self everyday in the mirror you will hardly ever notice an increase you should allways take measurements with a tape at the start of a course this way you can accurately measure what gains have been made.

If I were you I would have run the dianabol through to at least week 6, run the deca right through to the end and dropped the primo.

One last thing who was your source as some of your gear could be fake.

i thought a 10lb gain is quite good. :?

am i wrong? how much do you expect to gain?

Ive never gained more than 5kg bw.

Well this is mu third course

I have been training for about 3 years but i used to miss couple of months here and there but i have been now going for about 9 months all at once with no break

I did a sustanon for 8 weeks and before that i did Anapolon.
I rested for about 5 months then started this course

I had an increase in strengh but I was expecting more increase in muscles and also the test should made me bloat a little where with me my bi is harder which i know it should been more bloaty cause of water retention

The d-bols was the russian white ones

You rested or you just did not take gear for the 5 months ??

10lbs is low for the amount of gear you used although we have no idea of your training or diet ect.. so it is impossible to advise where it went wrong unless your gear was suspect

If those russian dianabol were real they should have really kicked they are one of the best dbols in the world and hard to get hold of.

Did you make sure you were getting enough protein, to many people think you just need to take the gear and it will do all the work, thats wrong. All the roids do is increase your potential you have to put the work into the training and the diet are both more impotant than the roids.

For the gear you where taking absfreak is right you should have gained more but there are just too many unknown factors. Next course use one of the trusted sources on the site that way you know the gear is good.
