Glute injections

just done my 4th injection today. the only thing is a dread injecting my left side. because im right handed it seems really difficult to inject.
is it possible to inject just my right side, or should i keep up injecting both sides

You could just use one side but it depends how much your injecting, it's always better to use both as this reduces soreness.

I always use a mirror it makes it easy to see where your injecting stand with your back to it and look over your left shoulder. You could always get someone to inject for you.

why not inject the thigh, its much easier you can do it sitting down and its all there in front of you.

It is cool to do it in one side if it is easier, I do as long as I am only Injecting 2x weekly max

You could inject in your thigh if that works for you, I just find it alot more painfull.
