Default traing on roids

into my 2nd week of sust , everything is goin ok, diet spot on ect

the only thing is should i be training each body part more than once a week.

usually i hammer each part once a week, leavin enough time to recover. but with bein on sust should i be training each body part more tahn once, say every 4 days????

No, keep your workouts pretty much the same. The only thing that training everything twice a week will do is cause overtraining and will slow your growth process. Keep your workouts high-intensity, high weight, EAT and GROW !! :twisted:
