| Under Construction Join Date: May 2004 Posts: 57 Rep Power: ![]() | into my 2nd week of sust , everything is goin ok, diet spot on ect the only thing is should i be training each body part more than once a week. usually i hammer each part once a week, leavin enough time to recover. but with bein on sust should i be training each body part more tahn once, say every 4 days???? cheers |
