Yeah I'm still on it(a few weeks of deca left), I know its only my first but I am around alot of people who do use them and also alot who dont. I know what you mean about the advice but I believe it is correct advice (even though I lack experience) and someone would like to know the information, I would not be writing the information if I believed it to be wrong or didn't know it to be true.

Also people like you (experienced and seasoned users, ie. big buggers)will also give your own opinions which can only be good

Don't get me wrong, as I've said before you know your stuff I'd probably agree with you on 80%-90% of what you say but there is a big difference between reading/hearing about something and doing it. I just think your a bit over keen to help and sometimes give advice even when your a little unsure about it, where as if I'm not sure I either don't comment or will point out that I may be wrong.

You say the guys at your gym are experienced with roids but in one of your posts I think you said that you easily had the biggest chest in your gym so I'm wondering how experienced they are unless like I said before you just have great genetics.

Dont get me wrong if I am unsure about something I will not comment on it and I dont think I have posted wrong advice on the site and hope I never will. I know experience is best but if I have some knowledge to pass on I will as it is a waste unless shared.

With regards to my development I do believe where my chest is concerned I probably have a good headstart on others, even if they use roids. I always had a big chest from teenage years up until when I lost loads of weight. When I started building myself back up through training it just grew easily. I think this is because when people start training they already have tricep strength and when they bench alot of the weight is taken through them, whereas I lost virtually all my muscle and started with no triceps so the load was taken on my chest to a greater degree(well its a theory anyway). Also my back and delts has been commented on for being bigger than most, especially at my bodyweight. I benched 300lb for 5 reps on my 4th set on monday, not bad for someone who weighs 200lb

I probably do have good genetics but as I said its just my calves that are a bitch, that said I have been giving them real hell recently and they are beginning to grow.
