Default Need help on getting bigger

:? Hi I'm new to all this. I joined a gym four months ago and I'm doing a mixture of cardiovascular and weights. I don't want to get really big, but I want to be bigger than I am. I want bigger sholders and a flatter stomach. I'm young (but not that young) are there any younger members with advice? Needles are a bit scary for me, but from what I've read here you do it once then it's ok. Mike

Hi Mike,

I would NOT suggest AAS for you at all as you need to have been training for some years before you would have the nessacary knowledge regarding training & diet. Also you will make a lot of gains naturally before you hit a major plateau ( the reason most go for AAS use ) AAS are not a quick fix solution to getting big.

I would however recommend creatine and a orotein supplement in the meantime as well as learning how to train and how to eat properly. I am not taking the piss by this statement, getting the diet specific to your bodies needs is complex. Read through the posts on training and nutrition aa you will learn a lot from these.

Anything I can help with just post again

Exactly absfreak is right, 4 months is nothing. you still have a long time to gian naturally before you need AAS. get som creatine, protein shakes, weight gainer and lift like an animal, and most important is your diet bro. give it time... once you hit the darkside there is never going back

We just want you to be be the best you can be bro before you go down that road. We all have regrets where those things are concerned and the best thing you can do is look great BEFORE you take them. Then when you do not only will we be there for you but we'll see you surpass all our gains and be the best. I wish I had waited longer and I waited 3 years. My diet was crap though and I didnt realise, I was that impatient. I never asked anyone elses opinions on it though, so you are beating me in that respect already. I just jumped in foolishly.
In your heart of hearts what are you really going to be happy with? I bet that the picture you have is attainable without anything other than whey protein and creatine. Once you hit steroids you become obsessed with growing and muscles and strength to your own detriment. For sure...

If you train as far as you can naturally, You will not only build yourself a solid foundation of what I call "quallity muscle" which if more defined and less puffy than gains from steroids, but your body will respond much better to the steroids when they are introduced.

To gain size eat 1.5gms of protein/lb bodyweight & 2gms of carbs/lb bodyweight spaced evenly throught the day. If this is too much for you then forget taking roids as they will not produce good consistent results without the fuel the need.
