Its it just iching and puffyness or is there any pain associated with it? Does the cycle have to stopped once the signs are there? Cheers S ______________________ "Hard But Smart" |

The first signs are lumps under the nipples, soreness, they will be quite tender too sometimes, and then they will gradually grow to fatty tissue and increase in size like female breasts, on noticing the first sides of gyno you can treat as show below, 60mg nolvadex is the first amount to be taken, and then 40mg nolvadex till your nipples are no longer sore, 20mg nolvadex for at least a week after that then you may be able to trim it down to 10mg till the end of your cycle - or just stick at 20mg. i've managed to cut back to 10mg with no recurrence of the gyno - if you try it just watch for any more signs then bang it back up to 20mg for the rest of your cycle. you'll need the big initial dose to get it into your system fast or you'll wait for 3-4 day's till the levels build up - not a good thing if youv'e got gyno. |
