You should grow like a new born baby on that cycle if its your first one. i remember mine, i gained 19lbs in 8 weeks. It was as though you could literally see your muscles growing.
First cycles rock.

The test will kick in properly on weeks 3-5, this is where you will see the reall growth stage !!

Middle of second week up 7 Ibs from starting weight but the gains look lean rather than bloat, chest is sticking about a bit more and so are traps, im also getting insane pumps while working out. Found it hard to sleep the last couple of nights so i have stopped taking d-bol at night, rather than spreading it out into 5 or 6 doses i just take 1 in the morning and 5 pre workout.

I advise not to take more than 3 in one go mate, definetly not 5 at a time.
I usually do 2 first thing in the morning & 2 at lunch & 2 at dinner (5pm or 6pm)

yeah 5 at a time is probably y you couldnt sleep. spread it out to keep blood levels constant throughout the day

Yeah it was giving me gastronial pains in the stomach taking 5 at once so i cut back to 4 doses throughout the day, anyway up 10Ibs and i can now see the bloat and feel bloated i don't know if thats good or bad but if it gets worse i may have to start the nolva.

Acel,

Start the Nolva at 10mg EOD and see the bloat reduce, if it doesn't take 10mg ED, it will also help with any gyno before it starts is the best way to go.

Bloat could just be the fact that you are eating a lot more, I always eat more on a cycle, but best to be safe !

10lb in 3 weeks is v.good

Well week 3 didn't go to well, i hardly put anything on but im now up about 15Ibs and am pleased, i don't know how ill notice if the test kicks in and this is also my last week of dbol. I was gonna extend it to 5 weeks but i haven't been taking milk thistle or any other liver protectors so im just leaving it at that. But im pleased with my gains so far, a stone in 4 weeks isn't bad a little fat and some bloat but i do look quite a lot bigger and loads of people have commented on how i look

week 3 is early with test e bro, it wont kick in for another week or so, just dont go more than 5 weeks with the dbol. dont get discouraged, once that test kicks in you will feel on top of the world its a great feeling.

hi mate solid cycle there mate would only run the dbol till week 4 though mate, only really used as a kick start to your cycle, you could have even just fronloaded your test and just done test only cycle,either way let us know what your gains are like mate,
