BUSTING out of a plateu hey everyone. i've been lifting weights for about 3 and a half years now and i cant seem to break through this plateu, I did break through it last winter by using prohormones and eating like crazy and did manage to get to 205 from 180 but i also packed on fat. when I began cutting and cardio i dropped back down to around 180...my plateu weight, and currently i am still at 180, cant seem to get past there. i work out 3 or 4 times a week about 45 mins per session and one bodypart per week. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks |
