| Under Construction | If you don't mind giving yourself a little jab then "Sustanon 250" is very good, it's a good all rounder, and it's cheap which is nice, it was the first injectable i used, i would definitely recommend it |

It would be a complete waste of his time & money ( Anavar is expensive for what it does ) unless he combines it with a 'proper' class I. If he did not he would take Anavar for 4 weeks ( any more than 4 weeks and you will adversly affect your liver ), bloat up and then lose it all in the following 4 weeks. Seems little point to me! Sugaj - I personally would answer NO to your question, unless you are 4ft tall you still have a lot of growing to do before I would answer yes. I would not recommend roids to someone your size. I would recommend you to get a protein drink & a maltodextrin drink, combine the two together to make a weight gainer ( half the cost of a good weight gainer and far more effective! ). Drink 2-3 of these a day for at least a year, combined with a good training split. Then come back with your stats and the board can advise you further. I did not do my first course till I was 25 and 200lb. Just over 14 stones or 90kg ( I am 6'1 ) Do not treat steroids as if they are sweets they should be used as a last resort when you hit a plateau that lasts more than a year even after you have changed your routine, the way your train, when you eat and anything else you change first. Best of luck ______________________ "Training is not a hobby but a way of life" "All of my advise is for role playing purposes only, I do not in anyway condone the use of steroids" |

It is far better and more cost effective to buy protein & carbs seperatly then combine the two which would also alleviate the amout of simple carbs you would intake with the cheap 'weight gainer' thus making it more effective. I do eat A LOT of FOOD, but find it difficult to eat to the point of nearly making myself sick every time which I would have to do to maintain my weight. I practically live in my local SAINSBURY'S !!!!!!! So I PREFER to get 2-3 of good 'weight gaining' drinks in me a day as well as food. Do you need me to list my daily FOOD intakes & times ??????????? I have a BSc hons in biology and pharmacology, please let me know why you feel you are better placed to advise me on my diet. Thanks in anticipation.......... ______________________ "Training is not a hobby but a way of life" "All of my advise is for role playing purposes only, I do not in anyway condone the use of steroids" |
