| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: US new york Posts: 47 Rep Power: ![]() | hey bro 400mg a week is definitely a good beginner dose in my opinion. shoot the test every 3.5 days to keep blood levels consistent. way to be smart using just test, its important to know how your body reacts to certain compounds so later when you are running more compounds you know what drug is causing the specific sides. the test will take about 4-5 to fully kick in, usually takes 5 for me, for some it only takes 4 but i would recommend dbol kickstart. like this... week 1-12 test E 200mg every 3.5 days week 1-4 dbol 30 mg every day i would recomend running nolva everyday with the test and dbol they both aromatize ( convert to estrogen) a lot. plus the nolva will help control the water bloat. try 10 mg everyday. most important is your diet bro, make sure its in check. post it in the diet forum and i wouldnt mind takin a look at it. good luck and happy growing bro!!! ______________________ < sauceman > |

One of my staff never touched gear till he was 29, but had been training for 8 years, the relevance here is that his natural test levels would be lower than that of a 23yo. If the guy has been training 8 months he should be waiting a further year before a course goes near him, but if he's late 20's and got all his natural gains I think 400mgs is a good amount. 8 weeks is long enough especially if just going with enanthate, bin the 10-12 weeks nonsense unless you want bitch tits, and all the other side effects that come with gear. Hit it hard for a short 5-8 week burst then consolidate your gains with extra sleep and food! |

| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: US new york Posts: 47 Rep Power: ![]() | 8 weeks would be long enough if he was using test prop , the enan will take a good 4 weeks to kick in, for me i notice gains in my 5th week. so 8 weeks on enan would only be 3 weeks of noticeable size gains. waste! if he wants to play it safe and go with a shorter cycle, use test propionate. test prop has a much shorter half life of about 36 hours as opposed to about 18 days with the enan. therefore it kicks in much quicker... but no beginner wants to shoot prop as it requires everyday to everyother day injections due to the short half life. i would not recomend 8 weeks of enan, by the time you are beginnig to make real noticeable size, it will almost be time to stop. take advantage of your first cycle, your receptors will never respond the same. enjoy it and make it last!!! but do it right. just my .02 ______________________ < sauceman > |

I guess its what you want out of it and where its going to take you but at what cost? I would hate to see a person with unknown reduced fertility (this could be as high as 40% of the male UK population) Use test and totally knacker his chances of ever having kids. I couldnt do without my wee man now and the wife drops number two in 4 weeks. If you read this smithy - how you getting on? |
