dont know much about steds but is dexamethason any good for body building, coz i have a load of 2 mg tabs but i dont know wheather thet r any use or not and if so how to take them and what to take with them, and how to get the things to take with them. i aint got a clue coz i kind of got them in a legal way. ps reply as soon as poss.

That's a cortico steroid mate, not an anabolic steroid. It has no use for building muscle. It relieves inflammation- swelling and pain.
