Id eat 20 flat packs of chicken a day but when it came to liquid protein Id give it a miss. Lately I started using whey protein . Its a new non gut wrenching formula from Holland & Barret (No I dont work for them ) . I put on some major size in just two weeks whilst on juice. Now Im converted. The relationship of protein to juice is well known but if you dont take any liquid protein now and youre on juice then its time to start. I also use their carb drink which has allowed me to do one extra body part per session . Drinks are in for me at the moment. The only problem is that I just had to put away my new shirts I bought 4 weeks ago coz the colar size is now too small . I think the drinks went to my neck as well as down my neck. ______________________ Juicers are gods on the earth |
