| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 51 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey been working out now for just over 7 months, im noticing gain but would like to add a little extra. Ive read and heard that Anabol tabs provide excellent results in a short time, but can add fat. I do currently carry fat so i was wondering if anyone can tell me if it will add to my fat deposits or would using the tabs make it easier to burn the fat. Also could anyone recomend a course to follow and for how long. And does anyone now where i could actually but these online. Cheers any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Why watse your natural gaining ability by using gear too early. Cut down the gap between sets and try a decent fat burner to shift the belly. Cut your carb intake by 50% and see what happens. There is a whole host of things to try before anabol bro. |

I how ever didnt do this but it is a mistake to start to early, something i regret turing to the dark side. ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

| Super Moderator Super Moderator Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 1,013 Rep Power: ![]() | i agree with the other 2.....it is better to wait you gains would be much better in the long run just remember that no AAS at all will burn fat or help you get lean only diet/Supplements and cardio will do that some gear will help your muscles become harder but only if the BF% is already very low |

Will follow the advice and continue training hard. Do any of you know a good way to train the obliques, this is the place i cant get rid of the fat. |

This is where you kneel on the floor and holg the wire from the top pulley and pull it down towards the floor with your abs. These can be done to each side to work the obliques by pulling down and aiming to get your right elbow to touch your left knee and vice versa the other side, works em good. ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

| Under Construction | Unfortunatley you cannot remove fat from one place. For example if you have a fat stomach then you can not remove the fat from the stomach by doing some crunches or sit ups. You can work the muscle out in that area make them more prodominant. Generally the key to loosing any type of fat is LESS CARBS MORE CARDIO. Fat comes as a package not to be put on seperatley. If you want to loose your beer gut, be prepared to loose it from everywhere else. Hard work, loads of EPH, and few shots of HGH and youll be on your way fatty. dvorin |
