Dear All,
I am a 26 year old doctor and hence little time to train.
I have trained in the past not using steroids and made some progress. Since starting working I've put on weight 87K (25% body fat).
I'm trying to get back into building and have some queries that I would be grateful if someone could answer.

a) What are prohormones. The way I understand them they get converted to hormones. Do they less side effects than steroids ?

b) Is it worth training first reaching a plateau and then taking them or taking them straight away ?

c) How much protein should I eat

d) How much can I realistically expect to put on training 4 good sessions a week
Regards

Prohormones as you say are converted to usefull hormones in the body and try to mimic the effects of illegal steriods in most cases, e.g increasing nandralone levels.

They have as many sides as steriods if missused, you must take an off cycle estrogen therapy e.g 6oxo is popular and take proper time out for the body to recover

The level of protein for maintenance is at least 1g pf protein per 1lb of body weight and you need to go above that to improve, aom for 200g a day and go from there.

4 trainging sessions a week is an ample number i would space it something like this;

bi's and back
tri's and chest
legs and abbs
shoulders and forearms

Chuck cardiovascular in anywhere along the line.

most people would advise dropping the bf to at least 15% before starting doc as you will naturally put on some fat if your using chemical inhancment. i used to train every day during the week for about 2 1/2 years then got enguaged and moved to england let myself go a fair bit and now am working my ass off to drop my BF.
being a doc you'll have a significant advantage in knowledge as you must know there are many drugs ya can use to help with the dropping off BF.
infact if ya got any other idea's other than clenbuterol and T-3 please msg me i'd like to get more weight off before i get hitched ain't paying some photographer 1000 quid to take photo's of me as a fat get

Clen and T3 are dangerous chemicals as the doc will know and not to be messed with in my opinion, its an extreme solution that can be solved simply with some good old fashioned cardio. If you wanna end up with hyperthyroidism or worse then knock yourself out bro.
