Sore joints is probably down to you lifting heavier weight than usual, make sure you take ample time to rest. If sleep does become a problem, you can run either of two things alongside; ZMA is supposed to help with sleep and also to raise your test levels so its win win if it works for you (no effect on me) or Melatonin supplement, a hormone that is secreted by the brain to moderate sleeping patterns and balance, also its a sleep aid and very good. Worked wonders for jet lag! ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |
