If you are caning your muscles, they'll not be ready for at least 5 days for another go. 7 days is about right I used to do more and burned out with no results |

However do you think one part a week would be sufficient when using steroids, or do you think its better to work more than one part per session with gear |

When i started doing once a week, i felt smaller than before cuz i didnt have that constant pump in my muscles that u get when u train more than once a week................. I genuinely felt i was smaller than when i used to train twice a week. I was almost gonna go back to my previous routine when i stepped up on some weighing scale and realised that in 20 days, i had gained 5 kilos. Unbelievable mate. You never realise how fast u grow until u weigh yourself. |
