I know the NHS use cortizone injections for joint and other injuries. Anyone else know anything on this? ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

It also contains 250mg of chondroitin sulphate and 4mg of Boron for strength and structure. Four tabs a day and it helps to maintain structures such as cartilage, tendons and ligaments. Its not a Steroid (as you'd have guessed) but it will help. Its cost varys depending on how many tabs you buy but its quite expensive. |

Try some of the things above and see if any gives you a release, maybe also take a few days off and make sure your letting ample recovery time between workouts ![]() ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

| Under Construction | Steroids do help with joint pain. This usually occurs with water retention. Some steroids make joint pain worse than it is. Each has its own properties and each are PROVEN to work. But you should not consider using steroids for this sole reason. -dvorin |

There's a lot of good research into it and i think once the general public get a whiff of it it will be extremely popular. If you do an internet search you should find one of the few manufacturers.
