Default my next cycle

Hi everyone, really like the board. Ive just started a 12 week d'bol, sust and primo stack. This is my third cycle. The previous 2 cycles consisted of d'bol and deca and i made some pretty decent gains but lost a lot when i came off( due to lack of clomid and knowledge). I also have clomid and HGC to come off this cycle aswell as some nolvadex just in case. Does anybody have any advice or opinions or comments on my latest stack? Thanks very much!

What amounts of each are you taking, give us the breakdown of the 12 weeks.

Seems like an interesting cycle including bulking and cutting agents.

The only comments I want to make mate are, eat well, train hard and rest hard (which Im sure you already do), seems like this time you should really pack on the size AND KEEP IT, (taking the Clomid etc).

One last thing keep us informed as to how your going on mate.

The cycle you are running is fine. The dosages your running it at are LOW but if they work for you then again its fine. Saying that the 6 pounds will not be all muscle but mainly water retention from the sust/dbol.

Hi guys. Since my last post i now weigh 15 stone 2 pounds or 210 pounds. But i now train each body part once a week instead of twice a week and am very pleased with my results. Im not exactly massive, but very athletic looking and not much sign of water retention( still got a six pack!). Also instead of 5 dbol a day, im now on 10, but still on 1ml of primo and 1ml of sust a week. I've got 4 weeks left of a 12 week course to do, and i plan to have approx 4 weeks off then start again. After speaking to my training partners at the gym they think i should do very well on a much stronger course, obviously i really want to bulk up a lot more but dont want to lose my athletic shape. Basically i dont want to become all bloated and full of water, but if this is unavoidable then i'll have to live with that. Anybody got any ideas or courses that have worked well for them? Any response will be greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work guys, still really enjoying the board. Cheers!

Your not doing 50mg of Dbol for the whole 12 weeks are you?

I think 4 weeks off is a little short for a 12 week cycle i would do at least 6-8 weeks off before the next one. What are you doing in the way of pct?

Couple of good cycles that would suit you;

week 1-12: 500mg sus or test enth a week
week 1-12: 400mg Eq a week
week 8-12: 50mg winstrol a day

or a very good one but regular injections;

week 1-6: 100mg test prop or tren every other day
week 1-6: 50mg anavar every day

Try one of those there tried and tested and with clean diet and cardio you will keep your abs but look tight, mean and vascular!

Hi guys. Thanks a lot Ian for the advice, much appreciated! The 6 week cycle appealed to me, even though it is a lot of injections. I havent been on 50mg of dbol for the whole course just a couple of weeks, but will now start tapering back now prior to coming off this particular cycle. As far as pct goes, i have some HCG and clomid (also got nolvadex as i havent had to take any, luckily). Your advice about taking longer than 4 weeks off was quite interesting as ive been assured by guys at the gym that 4 weeks should be enough, bearing in mind the low dosages that ive been running.Mind you some of these guys dont offcycle at all, and while they do look big and their muscles are very dense, they are also very bald! So rest assured ill be taking your advice on board!
Would you recommend taking any oxy's or dbol with the 6 week course? Thanks again for the invaluable advice. Cheers!
