Do you take 5 tablets a day or build upto that? How much (roughly) would it cost for a months supply? And lastly how can you tell if it's fake or not? Thanks in advance...I will continue to be a member of this forum for years to come, looking good so far, keep it up! |

Clenbuterol users will usually tailor there dosage individually, depending on results and side effects, but somewhere in the range of 2-8 tablets per day is most common. For fat loss, Clenbuterol seems to stay effective for 3-6 weeks, then it's thermogenic properties seem to subside. It will be best to build it up from 2 a dat for first week then up till they give you undesirable sides, then take one less and the sides will subside and maintain that dose. Then work it down for your off period. Some people like to run an eca stack in your off period. Please don't compare prices on the forum mate, use email. | Making Progress | Clens are a very good product, but only use it if you are desparate. I used them a while ago and found some amazing gains in muscle hardening, and weight loss. Thing is during the off period, you cannot use it again for about 16weeks as your body needs to have a break. I cycled it on only 2 a day for 2 days then 1 day off. The first week was just 1 tab a day for 2 days then 1 day off. Play it safe and you will find some good gains! ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful. Like you say it's always best to try it in small doses and then build up. How long did you take it for in total? Im looking for about 3-4 weeks max at a time. |

| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: northampton Posts: 7 Rep Power: ![]() | heya all new here just thought i'd add my opinion to the thread, doing a clen T-3 CKD with 250mg sus to starve off muscle loss, had 40mcg tabs of clen, tryed 80mcg no effect then bumped it to 200mcg for effect increased temp by over 1 degree shaking liking mad, 2weeks on then two weeks off while off taking ECA stack got myself some taurine to stop the clen destroying my heart cells (40mcg is the dose found to affect ur heart cells) going to continue till 6 weeks is up on use of clen thou will discontinue the T-3 after 5 weeks. i've been told that ketofin will allow you to use the clen for 6 weeks with no downregulation. lost some decent amount of fat and gained inches on parts so going ok, 8) |
