(all year round by the way...no cycles) 200 mg of deca with 600 mg of some type of testosterone (what type of testosterone do you guys recommend?) two androls per day a day before strongman show i also take three milliliters of water based test and half a douzen halotestin tabs because i like to be extremely aggressive when competing... do you guys think i should use hcg every few weeks? my training routine is as follows... mon bench press 3sets 12 10 8 reps incline press 3sets 10 8 6 reps standing military press 3sets 12 10 8 standing flyes 2sets 10,10 standing tricep pushdowns 3sets 12 10 8 wed deadlift 3sets 12 10 8reps bent over rows 2 sets 10 10 pulldowns 2sets 10 10 barbell curls 3sets 10 8 8reps dumbell curls 2sets 10 10reps fri sqauts 4sets 12 10 8 6. leg curls 2sets 10 10 leg extensions 2sets 8 8 calf raises 2 sets 15 15 sun practice strongman events on a dairy farm ______________________ The Big, The Bad, and The Ugly! |

| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: England Posts: 348 Rep Power: ![]() | You will need to cycle in HCG for sure if your on all year round, you might find it beneficial to go on a low maintenance dose and do some Hcg then bring it back strong. Do you take 2 anapolons (anadrol) every day? for how long at a time? Im a believer in on/off cycles to rest the body and clean up receptors for the next. Sujest rotating between sus/enth for variation and deca/Eq, also anavar have been said to be good for strength gains stacked in and alot less toxic on the liver. ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |
