Is it that they stick to the same routine but can lift heavier or is it that they recover quicker hence can work out more frequently. Whilst on steroids do people still require to consume the same amount of protein as natural body builders or do the steroids compensate for that? Thanks Jav PS. Great forum! |

Their work outs seem to last a bit longer when they are on a cycle, I also notice a big increase in the weights that they are using, usually start to notice this within a week. But as for the exercises that they do, these tend to stay the same. As for the protein, they seem to take about the same amount, they all eat shit which I think is a big mistake but they don't seem to put on any fat with it, I assume the roids stop that. This is how they find they get best results but other people could be different, never tried them my self so I can't comment first hand i'm affraid. |

| Under Construction | There are alot of misconceptions about steroids. You dont just take steroids and all of a sudden you can lift more, and you grow muscle, and you can eat whatever you want?! Its all alkoad of bullshit. If anything people that do steroids have to work harder, and train harder and make sure there diet is up to scratch more so than the guys that are doing it natural. They dont want to waste 500 pounds on a cycle that they are just gonna mess up. Its done properlly. Also you must take into consideration that steroids are not muscle in a bottle. They are a wide range of drugs that synthesise protien. In other words they put all the protien to good use, instead of wasting some here and there. Another misconception: you cnnot eat whatever you want, depending on your cycle you will have water retenttion around your lower back and gut as it is, adding fat isnt hard just because your on steroids, they do not affect this whatsoever. Same routine: I think sticking to the same routine each time you goto the gym will not stimulate much muscle growth after a while. Your body just gets used to the exercise and has already done all the repairing to that secto of the muscle. I firmly believe alternating a workout is what will stimulate more muscle growth everyday. I dont know about you guys, but when i used to finish at the gym i could barely drive home! Now i seem to either be getting used to it so much that the pain does not affect me, OR there is no pain from the workout. So recently ive been a;ternating my workouts every day to something slightly different, which has definatly improved my overall performance. on a final note: steroids are not wonder drugs, for every pound of muscle made during a cycle, it is well earnt! |
