Hi Lee firstly can i just say you look awesome in the picture.I hope you dont mind me messaging you but i was looking for some advice on bodybuilding and when you post a thread dont always get a reply.I have read a lot of stuff you have posted replies to on here and you seem to know a awful lot and are obviously very clued up.Cheers Reidy
