    Hi i was wondering if you could give me some advise please, I have just started training and i have been out and brought myself 2kg of extreme pro 6 protein but am a bit confussed on when i should use these and how many do i consume a day? im training 4 days a week weight training and running and hoping i will lose some weight aswell..im new to all this and hoping for spme advise please

    I'm a huge fan of drop sets, they were a massive part of my training program and helped me with size and shape.

    Hey mate, my timing did not go as planned on my cycle. I know that you are a strong believer in shorter cycles, so can you have a look at this. I was planning on 10 weeks of test and adding in tren at week 5, but could not get tren until week ten. So heres's where I am at.
    week 1-12 (pentadex) test blend similar to sus. 900 mg. per week
    week 10-14 (tren ace) 1 ml. every other day.

    Firstly i would like to say that i have tried several NO2 type of pre work out supps none any good.

    i suffer with acid reflux and all of theses had very high citric acid and were horible and personally did nothing but keep me up all night sweating. (non tren)

    yesterday decided to take the plunge went for the orange overload duly read the information 480 ml 32 servings take 10 min before work out.

    i like the ten min bit just put on spoon before walking out the door, takes about 10 min to walk to my gym.

    yesterday was chest and arms.

    holy crap i was like spongebobbuffpants solid, pumped and put on an extra 3/4 inch pumped on my arms fanbloody tastic. chest was solid even looked like i had grown some new veins accross my shoulders.
