    I think you need to learn that you have two bodies. How you look on stage isn't always maintainable off season. Some girls manage to keep lean all year round. For me, my health is my priority so if I gain a few pounds then so be it! Being honest my hormones were screwed up. I was really emotional and down... but I ate cleanly just more of it.     Hi Cathy, thanks for the introduction! Nice to meet you! Welcome back! I totally agree I enjoyed it, it was a first time experience so it was good in that sense! Personally, I would like to be in much better shape before I compete again!! Do you train for anything in particular or do you just enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle? x

    That's the spirit, I've already made it clear what I think about your training and the direction you should go in, but hopefully we'll see you sometime soon in the future. You should check out the circuit class Graham does on a Monday you'd probably find that quite good fun. On a different matter, I hope you were successful with your job interview, Holly had mentioned that you should get in touch with the Bank nursing people since they might be hiring again soon, or put your name on the list.

    Next April yeah. The week off will have done you good. Forget about Pure Gym get yourself down to Results. If you want to compete in 2014 you need to be in a place with the right mindset training for yourself and your own goals. Being surrounded by people going through the motions at Pure Gym sounds uninspiring, plus I doubt your progress will be anywhere near what it's likely to be at Results. Holly is doing well, shes progressing nicely, you never know she might be your competition in 2014!

    i dont know how ive only just seen this message

    my 1st show i was shitting it but for the shows after that i gained alot of confidence knowing how hard id worked to get where i was, yes i got nervous but that was more to do with thinking of out come etc, the only time i did really brick it was 2005 when i knew id been lazy on my diet etc. so how far out from the show are you now you lookin forward too it?

    had a fab christmas seems ages ago now did you have a good one xx

    yup back to it all now, my new love is chilli sauce - just a bit of flavour lol thanks, still a bit iffy but not too bad good glad ur training has been better this week! Well my bf spots me when he can but hes not always there and everyone else just plugs themselves into their ipods so bit difficult to approach lol Im gonna attempt to post a pic of my back so far, its by no means ready yet but happy with it so far lol xx
