Hi there, Im new to this forum. I've joined because I have no idea where to start with a good gym program! Im not that overweight but im unfitt and I would like to do serious muscle workouts?? I need a guide to help me to jumt into a good programm. Im 28 yr old woman and I really want to start toning up. I use to play good netball in school and university and I have a very athletic family and I am very athletic build but i need to TONE AND BUILD SOME MUSCEL???/ I dont know how to start?? How many times a week should I gym or what does beginners need to do?? Any adivse would help so so so so much. I really am motivated to get it done this year!!
