    Lol I know but I still think she should! Ok - I am coming to results! To be honest, I've been training at bodyworx this week - don't hit me! I'm working til late tomorrow and Friday so might have to train at pure gym or something but not working so much next week so promise will deffo drag myself out from behind the sofa by then

    Hey that'd be really cool - I'm gutted I missed it I think there's another in April isn't there? Yip I'm still suffering a bit - thought I'd just totally start a fresh tomorrow. Thinking about trying pure gym just up until xmas and then coming down to results after that only because my new boyfriend Andy and his friend Josh train there and have asked me to go along - what do you think about that? How's Holy getting on at sports village?

    Hey Andrew how are you? My phone's still broken I ended up working til 4.30 yesterday so missed the strongman comp how did it go?

During my calorie deficit diet half way through I stopped losing weight...I workout lots - 180 min hiit/week and also 3 weight training sessions, consume 2500 kcal (my maintenance level is 3800 kcal) and I seemed to lose some fat off my belly at first 34" to 32" (currently) but my weight is starting to go up now and I don't know what to do exactly. Your help would be really appreciated!

  8. I done what you say and stop comparing my self to other ppl at the gym And it works I am really happy with the way my bodys going now Thanks
  9. Hi Meeky, not really most of the guys that where using AAS at the gym I trained originally are the same size as they where when I started to this day. I'm stronger have more balance and more muscle than a lot of those guys, while I can still turn heads in a gym like Results just because of muscle quality. Remember bodybuilding is about the long run rather than the short. Keep your head down and keep plugging away and you'll get your rewards and don't make comparison's with these guy's its not a good gauge of your own progress.
