just a quick introduction im sedgy as im best known im from walsall near birmingham and ive had a keen interest in worlds strongestman britains strongest man i wish i was up there with the best but we all have to start from the bottom but i dont even know where to start. any help would be great

hey im jason, i dont know where to post this question but ive just started on steroids on a 5 week course and im at the end of it mow, ive improved but not alot, is it ok to inject water into my muscles just for a night out?
