I have been sticking to the basic lifting routine. i have not tried isolation movements. i was at 195 pounds and in 7 weeks im up to 210. i dont know how good that is. but i have stuck there for 2 weeks. im affraid that the weight gain is putting on to much body fat. so i have uped my cardio a little bit |
