NO2 Products are good for an awsome pump in the gym.

Creatine is also a good product to use on a regular basis.

Also a good weight gainer and whey protein are essential.

Most importantly you need food!

NO products are good but they are really a cosmetic effect to expand the muscle fibres temporarily. This can be good as with a proper diet and nutrition schedule the muscles may grow faster as most muscel gain is from fibres expanding long term

Testosterone boosters are a good addition in that they provide a tool for the body to make more test but you need to facilitate this environment by training hard otherwise there will be no need to have to produce for test for increased strength.

I would say that these products fall into the 3rd and 4th tier of bodybuilding

1st Tier - essentials

Food
Rest
Training

2nd Tier - Supplementary essentials

Whey Protein
MRPs/Mass Gainers
Multi Vitamins

3rd Tier - Supplementary optionals

Creatine
Glutamine
ZMA (test booster)
BCAAs

4th Tier - Specific requirements

Fat Burners
NO Products
HMB

5th Tier - HIP* products

Pro Hormones
Myostatin Inhibitors
All in one super products containing sub-minimal doses of good compounds

Progress down the list as you progress with your training.

*HIP = Hole in Pocket

The problem here is this is when people turn to AAS.

A guy who had been training for 6 months was asking me which steroids to take to help him get big for his summer holidays the other day.

He was 10 stone, trained for 6 months and rekons that he couldnt get any bigger and his only choice to get a decent body for the beach was to take dianabol and deca!!

Problem was, i dont think my advise was taken by him and he will prolly end up doing himself a lot of damage!

you also need a good training routine which focuses on deads squats bench shoulder press and a back movement.
dont dilute youre effort with isloation exercises until you have enuff muscle to refine!!!!

I wouldnt dare to do steroids. i would be affraid of the side affects. I have been sticking to the basic lifting routine. i have not tried isolation movements. i was at 195 pounds and in 7 weeks im up to 210. i dont know how good that is. but i have stuck there for 2 weeks. im affraid that the weight gain is putting on to much body fat. so i have uped my cardio a little bit
