I think your site is great and you guys all seem to have very good knowledge. I am 20, have been bodybuilding since 16 and did very well until i got vv bad glandular fever and recovery was a year!!! Now i have been back into it for around 7 months and hoping to get back to being ripped!! Thanks, Adrian. |
