| Gym Addict | Hi, I'm howard, 16 from suffolk, Been weight training for last 2 months and it going well! I'm mainly training for muscle mass for rugby!! Currently taking Phd sygnery ISO 7 but going to change to buying the supplements sepretly. I'll ask the question in supplements section! cheers |

| Gym Addict | Cheers for the advice mate! do really appreciate it! You talks sense that i can understand! If you get chance could you have look at my routine and see if it any good i've just started it, but i don't really feel as if i've done much after doing it... i was wondering about doing 3 days of whole body workout. this good idea? or shell i stick to this. http://www.musclechat.co.uk/progress...ne-newbie.html that my routine at the moment, if you could suggest a better routine i'll deffently give it ago...
