Hi Howard.

Is the Rugby thing just for fun or are you looking to make a career out of it?

There's quite a few ingredients to getting big.Supplements are only one of those ingredients but play a big part.Your whole food intake will be the focal point of any bulking diet. You need to add good balanced meals. You need to up your calories. Most beginners are in the dark as to how to achieve this.I was when i was young i thought pigging out on cakes, sweets and biscuits would help but thats all sugary junk(simple carbs).Good clean complex carbohydrates from wholegrain rice, wholemeal pasta,Oats,Maltodextrin,Waxy Maize starch or Corn flower are all calorie laden and will add more bulk to your frame over time. You need to add more protein to your diet too, chicken, eggs, fish, beef etc and good fats from things like nuts, fish oil, olive oil.Suplements fall into the spaces between those balanced meals.Get on Extreme Nutrition with your 25% Musclechat discount and get some Extreme protein and a bulker.
