| Motivate yourself Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 584 Rep Power: ![]() | Yep just as Wogi and Tall have said there,you've put together a pretty good routine so listen to the little tweeks they've suggested.Keeping the Rugby aspect firmly in mind.Your going to be doing alot of running and shoulder barging,driving your body into the 'enemy' players.So building big,powerful legs is a must.Nice to see you deadlifting as that works pretty much all your muscles,creates good core strength,leg power,grip,forearm and generaly makes you a strong fooker.Build up those shoulders,traps and neck aswell. ______________________ "Practice puts brains in your muscles" |
