Thanks for the warm welcome I think my fat belly may be cortisol related due to being a lifelong depression sufferer, which is known to involve elevated cortisol.
Even though I am currently on 75mg Venlafaxine a day my nervous system is still my weak spot and I have to take it easy in terms of how often I train.
I put myself on HRT 2 years back as my natural test was 10.1 on a scale of 10 to 30 but the doctor said I was "normal" .When I suggested could I self administer she said "you don't want that filthy poison in your system"
so I just thought BOLLOCKS and did it myself.
I also have sleep apnea and wear a CPAP mask every night, oh almost forgot I have collasped arches in both feet.
Still at least I'm breathing even if it is with assistance
