Hi folks,

I've been on here before but absent for two years so i guess i aught to reintroduce myself :-)

I'm Jerry, age 40 , Scots, 5' 9", 11st 7lb . . . . .

Been going to gyms all my adult life, but i guess with the emphasis more on keeping fit.

Objective this year is to get up to 13st, . . . . with the extra baggage being made up of muscle. (dont laff if you think thats still really scrawney, . . . you've no idea how difficult it is for some people to put on weight)

sigh.

Anyway, I'm out of the winter blues, and back into training.

Woof !

i know exactly what its like to find it hard to put on weight-
specially as an older type dude...
