| Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 4 Rep Power:  |  New to the Forum Hi Guys I was floating around goggle and come across this site and thought I would join up as seems to be a fair number of knowledgeable guys around hear. I have been training for 10 years on and off with weights and martial arts for about 18 years now. I’m 6ft and weigh in at around 16 stone 3lb with a bf% of 20% so not in the best shape of my life but not too bad either. Im hoping to get some advice re different weight training programmes from this site so you guys will prob see me floating around there a bit. |
