| Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Glasgow Posts: 7 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey all, Thought I'd register as I've been reading the site for a while and really been into fitness for a while now too. Hope I can put some in as well as get some out of the forum. I'm 5/10 and 9 stone...slim as basically. I'm gonna get fat index etc tomorrow so I'll stick that up when I've got it. Looking to get a plan to stick with, sort my nutrition and basically do it properly-had enough of half measures. I'll save you the 'fed up being skinny' speech cos I'm fed up hearing it in my own head lol but that's why I'm getting into it and also to just be healthier, have more energy and to be honest give myself a new hobbie instead of just thinking about it. I've got plans on exercises and food plans which I'll get up for advice and chat when I get a minute. ![]() |
