| Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 13 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi everyone, just joined this forum and busy reading all the posts and threads. I've just started training a couple months ago and really liking it, trying to lose a bit of weight and tone up a bit. I am 39, 5 foot 8 and weigh 14 stone 4 .so could do with losing man boobs and beer belly. |
